Welcome to Helsinki for the IDERHA Consortium meeting at the end of September.
Accommodation
Hotel Scandic Paasi (Paasivuorenkatu 5B) locates next door to meeting venue and therefore they are happy to offer you a discount on room reservation (see instructions below). Alternatively, you may choose any other hotel in the Helsinki city centre, as the venue is only a short walk or two metro stops away from the Helsinki Central Railway Station.
Reservations for Scandic hotels: Reservations can be easily made through the following link: BOOK WITH SCANDIC. Through the link, you can directly book rooms with discounted rate. Please choose your preferred room type, and receive an additional discount when paying for the reservation upon booking. The cancellation policy for individual bookings depends on the booking type chosen by you. To confirm the reservation, you must provide a valid credit card information. Rooms are subject to availability and should be booked 10 days before arrival at the latest. Scandic Friends members should also check for available loyalty offers.
